Mouth-Body Companion ("Platform", "we", "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of all users, especially families and children. This Privacy Policy applies to your use of the Mouth-Body Companion web and mobile application and all related services. By using the Platform, you agree to the practices described here.

• Session access tokens (patient code) — held in memory only, never transmitted to third-party servers.

• Wellness self-check answers and symptom observations — stored locally on your device only.

• Exercise completion progress and streak data — stored locally on your device only.

• Voluntary name or family nickname for personalizing your experience (optional).

• We do NOT collect: legal name, date of birth, address, phone number, insurance ID, Social Security number, or biometric identifiers.

• To personalize your wellness dashboard and daily check-in experience.

• To track your exercise completion and display your consistency progress.

• To calculate your Mouth-Body Score for educational self-awareness purposes only.

• To allow your licensed practitioner to assign and monitor your educational program.

• We do NOT use your information for advertising, profiling, or sale to third parties.

• We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

• Your wellness data is shared only with your assigned practitioner as part of your enrolled program.

• Aggregated and de-identified usage statistics may be used to improve the Platform.

• We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government authority.

• No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

• SMS/text messaging consent and opt-in data are never shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

• Phone numbers and SMS consent records are used solely to deliver the message types you have explicitly consented to receive from TeachSpeech LLC by Maryfrances Gonzalez.

• You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message.

• To request assistance, reply HELP to any message.

• Message and data rates may apply.

• Consent to receive SMS messages is never a condition of purchase or service.

• All Platform connections use HTTPS with TLS 1.3 encryption in transit.

• Health-related data is stored locally in your browser — not on external servers.

• Automatic session logout triggers after 15 minutes of inactivity.

• Patient codes are pseudonymous identifiers — no personally identifiable information is embedded in them.

• We do not use third-party advertising or behavioral tracking scripts.

• This Platform is designed to support families, including children, through parent or guardian supervision.

• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.

• All child-related wellness data is managed by the parent or guardian account holder.

• If you believe a child's data has been improperly collected, contact us immediately at privacy@mouthbodycompanion.com.

• We use only essential cookies required for session management.

• We do NOT use advertising cookies, cross-site trackers, or behavioral analytics.

• You can clear all cookies and locally stored data through your browser settings at any time.

• We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect platform improvements or legal requirements.

• The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.

• Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
