By accessing or using Mouth-Body Companion ("Platform"), operated by TeachSpeech LLC by Maryfrances Gonzalez, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and practitioners who access or use the Platform.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

These Terms are effective as of January 1, 2026 and were last updated March 31, 2026.

The Platform is owned and operated by TeachSpeech LLC by Maryfrances Gonzalez.

TeachSpeech LLC provides educational resources, myofunctional therapy support tools, and family wellness guidance.

The Platform is not a medical provider and does not establish a patient-provider relationship.

This campaign sends order updates and appointment reminders to customers who opt in from Maryfrances Gonzalez TeachSpeech LLC through our website and customers will receive special offers, discounts, and service updates. They will also receive appointment reminders and order updates reminders related to their inquiry. Marketing will also be used in this campaign.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase or service.

Entering your phone number in our contact form alone does not constitute SMS consent. Explicit checkbox consent is required separately.

The Platform is intended for educational and wellness support purposes only.

You must be 18 or older to create an account. Parents or guardians may create family accounts for minors.

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or transmitting harmful content.

Family access codes and patient codes are confidential. Do not share them with unauthorized persons.

TeachSpeech LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

Mouth-Body Companion is an educational wellness support tool only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The Platform content is for informational and motivational purposes only.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional — including a licensed myofunctional therapist, SLP, physician, dentist, or ENT — for all medical concerns.

This Platform is not a substitute for professional medical care.

Content has not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

Our collection and use of your information is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Personal, non-commercial use for enrolled program purposes is permitted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TeachSpeech LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

TeachSpeech LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose.

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States.

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or class action lawsuit.

TeachSpeech LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.

Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
